Q/ What is the meeting schedule?

Tuesday 12, Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 March 2024 at 09:30, 10:45, 14:00 and 19:30 (Paris time, France – CET, UTC+1)

Q/ Do I need to register? And how much does it cost?

Yes, registration is compulsory. Due to limited seating capacity, registration must be made individually for each person attending via the orange button below (including children).
The conference is free of charge; offerings will be received during the meetings.

Q/ I’m not sure I can come to all the meetings. What should I do?

It’s not compulsory to come to all the meetings (even if it’s highly recommended! :)), but so as not to take someone else’s place unnecessarily, please be nice: only sign up for the meetings you’re sure you’ll be able to come to.

Q/ Can I bring my children?

Yes, subject to the following conditions:

  • there is no on-site childcare, and children remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents;
  • for safety reasons, strollers will not be allowed in the main hall;
  • each child must be either in the parent’s arms, or seated on a chair (in which case they must be registered individually, like an adult).

Q/ Will the conference be broadcast live on the Internet?

Yes, if you don’t plan to come to Nice in person, you can register to attend by internet via the blue button below. The links will be sent to you by e-mail.
